The Unisys Safeguard team offers a full range of business needs based information security solutions. The solutions address critical infrastructure issues, risk management, information systems security, emergency preparedness, intranet, extranet and network security, and more. The addition of TradeHarbor allows the team to include speaker identity verification technology, which provides strong authentication, authorization, and audit. 

 

The General Services Administration (GSA) SAFEGUARD Program is a partnership consisting of the Federal Technology Service/Office of Information Security (OIS), the BPA vendor community and the U.S. Government Agencies responsible for securing the Critical Infrastructure of the United States. FTS SAFEGUARD Program is a collective and collaborative effort culminating in a national organization structure based on infrastructure security awareness and education. 

 

The Safeguard Program was created in the OIS to provide a full range of professional services and unique products necessary for strengthening the nation's defenses against unconventional threats to the U.S. including terrorist attacks, attacks on our critical infrastructure, and cyber attacks. 

 

The FTS Safeguard Program is supported by multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with various information systems security vendors. The FTS Safeguard Program, or the BPA is open to all Federal Government agencies to provide CIP support in the areas of:

 

    * Critical Infrastructure Asset Identification 

    * Risk Management 

    * Critical Infrastructure Continuity and Contingency Planning 

    * Physical Infrastructure Protection 

    * Information Systems Security and Information Assurance 

    * Emergency Preparedness, Awareness Training, Exercises and Simulations
