TradeHarbor, Inc. was formed to establish a service company providing Voice Signature capabilities as a direct replacement or adjunct for hand-written signatures.

TradeHarbor's Voice Signature Service^SM, is a Telephone and Internet based service. The Voice Signature Service has application remote transactions over the telephone or Internet:

• credit card transactions,
• access to private information (medical, purchasing, banking, etc),
• remote document signatures,
• network security,
• physical access, and more.

The service is available to Merchants, Corporations, Groups, and Associations through direct sales, a network of Value Added Resellers and OEM partnerships.
