Enroll Your Voice Once, Use Anywhere SM

The VSS is a true Web Service (in accordance with the W3C definition) accessed via a secure API, which enables the VSS to be quickly and easily integrated into any telephone, web or mobile platform, or any application. An enterprise is, therefore, able to implement a consistent approach to authentication across all of its customer, employee and partner touch-points – so a person can be enrolled one time by the enterprise and be authenticated in any other business unit, on any platform, for any business purpose.

For example, a bank’s customer would be required to enroll in the Voice Signature ServiceSM when opening their Online Banking account. Once enrolled, they may then be authenticated with their Voice Signature when wiring funds from their Wealth Management account, or when signing a Home Equity loan application on the bank’s web site.

Similarly, a health insurance applicant can sign their insurance application in a telephone call with the insurance agent using the Voice Signature ServiceSM in order to expedite the underwriting of their insurance policy. The insured person can then go to their insurer’s web site to sign a change of beneficiary form and sign their application for an HSA account with a Voice Signature. They can then be authenticated by the VSS when they go online to make a payment to their physician from their HSA account.
