Barry Babcock – Chairman of the Board
Barry Babcock is a founder and recently retired Chairman of Charter Communications, following its acquisition by Paul Allen for $4 billion in February of 1999. Charter, a Fortune 500 company, is the fourth largest provider of broadband services.
Mr. Babcock is currently on the board of directors of Firstar Bank, St. Louis and in the past has served on the boards and executive boards of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA), the Cable Telecommunications Association (CATA), the Cable Advertising Bureau, C-SPAN, and Cable in the Classroom. He is a member of the Cable Entrepreneurs Club and is a frequent speaker on topics relation to the cable industry.
Mr. Babcock also is active in many civic endeavors in the St. Louis metropolitan area. He serves on the executive boards of the Regional Business Council, the Missouri Historical Society, and Citizens for Home Rule. He also is on the board of the Regional Commerce and Growth Association.

Fred L. Brown, MBA, FACHE (Board Member)
Fred L. Brown’s healthcare career spans 40 years and for the past 20 years he has served as CEO of various healthcare organizations. He is currently Chairman of Fred L. Brown & Associates, LLC an international consulting company. He also serves as Chairman and a member of the Board of Commissioners of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and Immediate Past Chairman of the National Kidney Foundation.
Mr.Brown emphasizes the important role healthcare organizations play in society. He is noted for his expertise in issues related to healthcare integration, governance, operations, public policy, diversity, spiritual care, community health and social responsibility.
From 1993 to 1998, Brown served as the principal architect and founding President and Chief Executive Officer of BJC HealthCare in St. Louis. BJC was created by the complex and innovative mergers of five St. Louis healthcare organizations. Under Brown’s leadership BJC developed a comprehensive healthcare network featuring 14 acute care hospitals, 7 long-term care facilities, 200 care sites, 30,000 caregivers and physicians, and health plans covering more than 200,000.
Mr. Brown put BJC in the national spotlight for his work in creating a healthcare delivery and financing system featuring a unique mix of community, rural and academic services. He served as BJC’s Vice Chairman from 1999-2000 during his tenure as Chair of the American Hospital Association.

Lewis D. Levey

Lewis D. Levey is President and CEO of Computime, Inc. Computime is proud to be the authorized fulfillment partner of Topaz Systems, the manufacturer of hardware and software that enables the capture, encryption, and authentication of electronic holograph signatures in the context of any computer based form, document, or receipt.
Lew commenced his computer career as a programmer during United States Air Force service, 1965-1968. He was, then, employed for four plus years as Territory Manager for Burroughs (now Unisys); three years marketing interactive time sharing, and five years as a District Sales Manager for General Automation, a manufacturer of mini computers.
As the founder of Computime in 1980, Lew was a pioneer in the distribution of “Mission Critical” printers and PCs. In 1993 Computime became an expert in the pen enabled (wireless tablets) computer field. This proficiency facilitated the company’s expansion into the field of signature capture pad distribution. In 1996 Computime developed a relationship with Topaz Systems. The affiliation with Topaz resulted in a change in the company’s focus and direction.
From its strategically located St. Louis base, Computime is now the world wide distributor of Topaz products to 83 countries, several thousand customers, and hundreds of thousands of end users. Lew’s interest and expertise in biometrics and forensics have motivated his support and financial investment in numerous authentication projects.

Paul Heirendt is a co-founder of TradeHarbor with 30 years of experience in healthcare and technology business management, business development and Internet business definition. Bob Nelson has 18 years of experience in developing alliances between new ventures and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently he was a co-founder of KeyTrustee, Inc., an early stage company developing a vendor-neutral biometric registry. Prior to that he served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the corporate incubator of VeriSign (VRSN) where he developed their Global Voice Registry voice-dialing service.
Previously, Mr. Nelson was a co-founder and the CEO of CrossMedia Networks, a voice portal and voice email service provider, and was an independent marketing consultant to telecom and Internet companies following marketing positions with MCI and Satellite Business Systems.

William Livingston – Vice President of Services Architecture & Deployment
Bill Livingston has 21 years of experience in applying leading edge technology to real-world applications. Most recently he was a co-founder of KeyTrustee, Inc., an early stage company developing a vendor neutral biometric registry. Prior to that he was co-founder and CTO of CrossMedia Networks, a voice portal and voice email service provider. In that role he was the primary systems architect for the VeriSign Global Voice Registry project. Before starting CrossMedia, he was the Sr. VP and COO of Entropic, Inc., a leading speech tools and technology company recently acquired by Microsoft.
Mr. Livingston has a BSEE from the University of Virginia and an MSEE from The George Washington University.

Stephen R. Veit

Stephen Veit has more than twenty years managing highly skilled software engineers, and thirteen years software engineering experience in telecommunications and defense. Strengths are leadership, project management, system architecture, and broadband networking. Developed software requirements, plans, and schedules for the Signaling Software of NEXEN 8000 Integrated Services ATM Switch. Designed and developed research projects in telecommunications services for Southwestern Bell. At McDonnell Aircraft Company, He was the architect of a large-scale simulation environment and interactive display system. He also managed the Artificial Intelligence Laboratory for research and development of software for aircraft simulation and displays, including distribution of processing/networking with heterogeneous systems, artificial intelligence, image processing, real-time simulation, and computer graphics.
Mr. Veit is the Inventor/Author of 3 granted patents - Distributed control of service category request mapping, Network element delay allocation for efficient use of network resources, and Multipoint-to-multipoint echo processing in a network switch.

Jim Blair is an experienced information technology director with proven track record of creatively deploying computer and communications technology to enhance efficiency and competitive success. He has demonstrated vision and direction in leading a diverse team of professionals in operational, financial and developmental aspects of information systems. He has successfully reviewed the business processes and supporting information systems in order to develop upgrade and integrate strategies. While working in the publishing industry, he directed a team that identified the key business issues for production and fulfillment systems enabling the infrastructure to support e-commerce as well as the traditional publishing processes.
Mr. Blair is also an adjunct professor at Washington University in St. Louis teaching evening graduate courses in the Masters of Information Management program within the School of Engineering and Applied Science. Jerry Archer - Vice President/Chief Information Security Officer, Intuit
As vice president, corporate information security officer at Intuit, Mr. Archer's responsibilities include securing and protecting customer privacy for all of Intuit's products, services and internal systems and for information security initiatives across the company.
Prior to joining Intuit, Archer was managing director at Global Competitive Strategies, LLC, where he provided insight and validation in the areas of policy, technology, products and strategy to a broad array of firms and government. Previously, Mr. Archer was senior vice president for Global Interoperability at Visa International, where his team codified the policies, standards and best practices for Visa systems and networks globally. Before Visa, at the Fidelity Brokerage Company, he was senior vice president of information security and technical risk providing leadership for the brokerage company's operational and strategic security and risk programs.
Earlier his work in the U.S. Intelligence Community earned Mr. Archer the National Performance Review Hammer Award, a Distinguished Service Award from the Central Intelligence Agency and a Meritorious Unit Citation from the National Security Agency.
Mr. Archer is a Fellow of the Ponemon Institute, an organization dedicated to independent research that advances responsible information, privacy and security management practices in business and government, engages in projects to educate leaders in the private and public sectors about responsible information management, and to verify the privacy and data protection practices of organizations.

Robert Finch is Vice President, Broadband Spectrum for Sprint Nextel, responsible for all of the combined company’s spectrum acquisition and management activities to support the provision of broadband wireless services by Sprint Nextel. Michael Phillips - Special Advisor
Mr. Phillips is a Visiting Scientist at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. He was a co-founder and CTO of Speechworks which went public in 2000 and was acquired by ScanSoft in 2003 where he served as their CTO and started ScanSoft Labs to invest in pre-product R&D.
